of Representatives (Soviet) of workmen, peasants and

"Be prepared for armed outrages!"

"Down with the government of the Kuomintang!"

"Down with Imperialism!"

"Confiscate all the banks and property of the

Imperialists!"

"Establish a Soviet Government with a Council

of the Representatives of the workmen, peasants

and soldiers.'
